DGL Managing Services started out as a Sectional Title business. However, we freshly and boastfully expanded our services to take on Rentals and Sales as well. Therefore, we are pleased to state that DGL Managing Services has both a Sectional Title department as well as a Rentals and Sales department.
Our Sectional Title department agents offer but are not limited to, the following services. Our managing agents handle the preparations and calling of meeting as well as the preparation of the Agendas and the keeping of the minutes. We offer secretarial functions such as the safe-keeping of minute books, attendance register, storing of sectional title plans, rules and more. Our managing agents also offer administration services as well as accounting services. We also help with CSOS, meaning the registration of body corporates at the CSOS if not registered. Our managing agents will also handle any maintenance arrangements that will need to be made. However, arrangements for maintenance will only be made once they receive approval from the trustees. We render in many services as managing agents.
Our Rentals and Sales department agents offer but are not limited to, the following services. We are TPN registered, which allows us to do credit checks on all potentials tenants to ensure that they can afford the property. Our agents also handle the communication between the owners and the tenants. We set up all the necessary contract for example the Mandate Agreement, Lease Agreement, Offer to Purchase etc. Our agents also handle inspections of the properties. One inspection before the new tenants move in, an inspection every six months and an inspection when the tenants move out. We also handle the arrangements of the needed maintenance. However, the arrangements for the maintenance will only take place once our agent receives the approval of the owner. Our Rentals and Sales agents offer the services of renting out and selling properties, we also offer our services for Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties. We render in many services as rentals and sales agents.
